Workflow dashboards
A workflow dashboard is a masonry board of tiles for that workflow. You open it from the workflow view switcher. Layout and width save with the workflow, so everyone on the project sees the same board.
Dashboard width
Section titled “Dashboard width”In edit mode, hover the right edge of the dashboard. A dashed line appears just outside the container. Drag it to set how wide the board is.
- The board sits on the left of the editor when it is narrower than the pane.
- Drag the line out to the pane edge to let the board fill the pane again if the window grows.
- If the pane is already narrower than the width you stored, Flow shows the board at the pane width and keeps your stored width.
View mode uses the same width. The drag line is edit-mode only.
Full-width cards
Section titled “Full-width cards”Stretch a card across every column of the board. That card stays the full width of the dashboard when you resize the window or the dashboard container, including when the board drops to one column and then widens again. Shrink the card below the column count to leave full width.
Blocks
Section titled “Blocks”Use Add block in edit mode to place tiles. Card layout saves with the workflow. Window resize does not rewrite card positions on its own; stretching a card to full width is what keeps that card spanning the board.
See Exception management for exception views, which are a separate surface from this dashboard.
